Low Carb Cake Recipes

 

Low carb cake recipes rock and they are good for you too. They are great for the holiday season like for Halloween or Christmas. They are good to take to a gym potluck or for a holiday bake sale. Martha Stewart is sure to like them and so will Paula Dean. They are homemade from scratch and are a dessert that is good for you.

Lo-Carb Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake Recipe

  • 1 low-carb chocolate pie crust
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 3 8-oz pkg lite cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 cup lite sour cream
  • 3/4 cup Splenda granular
  • 2 TB low carb white flour substitute
  • 6 oz low carb dark chocolate-melted

Take a 9” non-stick springform pan and empty the chocolate pie crust into it. Smooth and press it down on the bottom so there are no gaps and it lies smooth.

Beat cream cheese, flour substitute, Splenda, and sour cream until smooth. Add eggs 1 at a time and mix at low speed until just blended. Spoon into pan. Swirl 6 oz chocolate around the top for a pretty swirly effect. Bake in 325 ovens for 55 minutes to 1 hour until almost set. Run a knife around the rim of the pan to loosen, cool before removing the rim. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

Best Lemon Citrus Low-Carb Pound Cake Recipe

This is good at a Christmas holiday party. It is not a cupcake mix. These low-carb cake recipes are really good desserts for a potluck party or at a bake sale.

  • 5 eggs
  • 1-1/2 sticks softened butter
  • ¼ cup softened cream cheese
  • 1-3/4 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup high gluten flour
  • 1-1/4 c Splenda
  • ¼ cup Diabetisweet
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon oil

Cream butter and add cream cheese and sugar substitutes and mix well. Add eggs 1 at a time beating well after each. Mix in lemon oil. Pour into a non-stick springform pan sprayed with non-fat oil spray. Put in 350 ovens for 55 minutes. A toothpick should come out clean.

Low-Carb Banana Cake Recipe

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • ½ cup softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup Splenda granulated
  • ½ cup Diabetisweet
  • 1 tsp twin brown sugar
  • 2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 TB cinnamon
  • ½ tsp each ground cloves and nutmeg
  • 2 tsp sugar-free banana extract
  • 1 tsp sugar-free vanilla

Cream butter and add cream cheese and sugar substitutes and mix well. Add eggs 1 at a time beating well after each. Combine almond flour, baking powder, and spices. Beat in butter egg mix a little at a time, then beat in flavorings. Pout cake mix into a non-stick 9” springform pan that has been sprayed with non-fat cooking spray. Cook in 350 ovens for about 1 hour. The toothpick should come out clean.
